HeartSong's History
HeartSong originated in Corpus Christi, Texas in May of 1996. HeartSong's first CD, "A Gospel Celebration", was released in September 1996. God began to open doors and HeartSong began it's ministry. HeartSong then recorded two more projects in 1998... "HeartSong: Saved and "HeartSong: Raptured". A fourth project, "HeartSong: Witness" was released in April of 2000. To God be the glory for the opportunity He gives us to present His message in song and testimony!
HeartSong goes wherever God opens the door and provides the way. Please pray that God will richly bless these tapes and CD's and that many lost souls will come to know the saving power of Jesus Christ and that Many discouraged Christians will be uplifted and encouraged by them.
In September of 2000, The HeartSong ministry was moved to Woodbury, TN. where the "current" HeartSong was formed and continues to carry on the ministry. The current members of HeartSong have a combined dedication to sharing the Gospel in song of over 35 years. Please pray that God will open and close doors in accordance with his will; that He will give us the wisdom to know what engagements to accept and which ones to decline; that He will provide the resources we need to fulfill this ministry that He has given us; and that He will give our families a very special blessing for unselfishly allowing us to fulfill this ministry and for sharing of their time and support.
HeartSong's primary ministry is to share Jesus Christ, through music, with a lost world. Also, our ministry is to lead worship and encourage born again believers. HeartSong does not charge a fixed fee and depends solely on love offerings to meet our financial needs. This has never been a problem because God is always faithful to provide our needs.
Our final request is that you pray for us daily. The spiritual warfare is phenomenal when you consider that you have four men and there families who openly and boldly stand for the inerrant and infallible Word of God and make public commitments to uphold it's truths in our daily lives.
